Returns & Refunds — Maison Mia

At Maison Mia, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the policy outlined below.


Return Period

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

  • Unused and unworn

  • In their original condition

  • Returned with all original tags attached

  • Free from stains, odors, damage, or signs of use

Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund.


How to Request a Return

Returns sent without prior authorization may experience delays in processing.


Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Maison Mia cannot be responsible for packages lost or damaged during return transit.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Refunds

After your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please allow up to 10–14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution or payment provider.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Final sale items clearly marked as non-returnable
